There are many people who think of branding as either the visuals or what we call the brand identity – the logo, the website, the colors, or the fonts. Some think of branding as an elevator pitch.

On this week's podcast, I sit down with Karen Leland, founder of the branding and marketing strategy firm. Karen says both are an important part of your brand, but they’re just the tip of the iceberg.
